hdmi audio on amd64 current works!
I was just working on debugging a crash on
NetBSD 8.99.3 (GENERIC) #0: Wed Oct 4 19:18:51 EDT 2017
when I noticed the cvs changes to audio this morning so rebuilt an
HDMI audio kernel (plus GENERIC) :

And whereas 'audiocfg list' would cause a kernel crash before and
attempting to open the audio device would lock the machine up hard,
the new changes to audio now work!!
$ audiocfg list
0: [*] audio0 @ hdafg0: ATI Technolog R6xx HDMI, 2 playback channels
1: [ ] audio1 @ hdafg1: VIA TeCHnolog VT1708S, 2 playback channels
Actually, I haven't tried using the old audio device (audio 1:
non-hdmi audio) yet. Figured I'd get this messaage out before I
tried :^)
Thanks very much!!!
