was there any progress during the last 14 months?

I tried a recent kernel, but there is still no I219 ethernet and no working
USB3.0. I had to disable xhci in GENERIC, otherwise my keyboard is dead.

What is the major problem at the moment? Isn't it possible to copy code
from OpenBSD or FreeBSD? Seems they have I219 (via em(4) driver) and xhci
running...?

Would love to see NetBSD running on this powerful machine. :)
