Folks,

I am trying to run amd64 netbsd-current kernel as a
guest VM under VMWare ESX 3.0.1. The kernel comes up
fine but there is 2-3 minute delay (see below) between
the time the kernel is loaded by the boot loader and
before the first netbsd copyright messages are
displayed. 

Any thoughts on why this could be happening? I have
attached the output from dmesg.
