No, you should *not*. Those SEND-PR: lines are *comment* lines, which
will be removed (As clearly stated). You shouldn't touch them, they're
merely there to inform you.

You should fill in the required fields: Confidential, Synopsis, Severity,
Priority, Category, Class, Description, possibly how-to-repeat.

No.  PR's go in *one* category - pkg in this case.
