That's not a 64bit CPU.. I think you're on the wrong mailing list :-)

Better take this to port-i386.. And, seriously, try using boot -c and
see if disabling agp0 works. Not because it's a permanent solution
(obviously it is not), but because it'll show us where the problem is,
and then we can fix it.
