Oh, one problem with the nvnet driver that I forgot to mention... bpf
doesn't see any incoming packets, however it does seem to be able to
send packets: tcpdump doesn't show any traffic at all, but dhclient
is able to send DHCP requests (but it doesn't see any of the replies
from the DHCP server).
