NetBSD 10.0_RC1 on AlphaServer DS25... no boot

Hi, all,

I've finally gotten my AlphaServer DS25 to the east coast and finally have 
it set up to run :)

The first thing I want to do is to update it to NetBSD 10.0_RC1, since the 
last upgrade was almost exactly a year ago. I built a GENERIC kernel from 
today's (30-Dec-2023) sources, then tried to boot it:
