I've uploaded the results of a bulk rebuild for NetBSD/alpha
4.0 to

The source tree this was built from was updated 5 Dec 2008, and
the packages were built on a system running 4.0.

I'll be updating this system to build the 2008Q4 branch next, so
this was the last update for 2008Q3 for this arch/os/version
combination.
