it's not a rocket science..

basically it's just:

- fdisk, if needed,
- disklabel,
- newfs,
- mount,
- unpack the sets,
- create /etc/fstab,
- configure /etc/rc.conf,
- install bootblocks,
- reboot..

i've done it dozens of times.  actually, i can't remember when was the
last time i used sysinst.
