I get these all the time on my AlphaServer 1200, and have for years.   
It doesn't effect a 24x7 uptime, though.  It's just a spurious RAM  
error.  You may consider replacing your RAM if you can afford it; but  
you'll likely be able to just ignore these unless you are doing  
realtime desktoppy things, where the pauses and hitches from this  
error will be noticeable.
