/etc/rc.d/ldconfig creates the a.out runtime link editor directory
cache, but NetBSD/alpha uses ELF, not a.out, and as far as I know, has
never used a.out (unlike NetBSD/i386, which switched from a.out to
ELF a few years ago). So /sbin/ldconfig isn't needed.
