I have RC 2. This should not be a very big difference.

I have a G200 PCI, PCI device ID 0x0520. Maybe that is the difference?
Why is your card reported as AGP? Is ist a dual head card with its own
PCI bridge?

Can you send me yor XFree86 config and the kernel config?

I think I'll try again when the XF 4.4 release is imported into the
NetBSD CVS.
