FWIW, I have an LK461 (ps/2 style connector) hooked up to a peecee,
and it reports Shift_L, Shift_R for left and right "Shift", NoSymbol
(keycode 143, keysym 0) and Ctrl_R for left and right "Alt Function",
and Alt_L and Alt_R for left and right "Compose Character".

It has the same physical layout as an LK401.  I can pull one of each
apart and see how similiar they are if that'll help.
