PMAGD-A is nothing more than TURBOchannel version of TGA.
- The rotary switch is a video mode selector. (resolution and refresh)
- I made dev/tc/sfbplus.c device driver years ago. It's regretful for
me it has not been completed so far. You will see 'green characters'
on screen while it's a useful console anyway.
I can digout my private note about rotary switch which I figured out at
that time. PLS hold on.
