You could use one of those Acard SCSI-IDE bus converters - I've used
this in a PWS running Tru64, and it worked well (with Tru64 4.x - it
fell down under 5.x). They cost more than a basic IDE controller, but
still a lot more cost-effective than SCSI drives. It was fast as well.
