2. How to make the kernel ask which root filesystem to mount?=20
   This is "-a" on other architectures, but on alpha and pmax "-a"=20
   forces autoboot.

3. Istn't there a jumper on the DEC 3000-300 machines for switching=20
   to a wider RAM interface like on the PC164?=20
