The 3com NIC may be a problem. A DEC Tulip should work. Maybe you can't
get more then text mode out of an generic VGA that is unknowen by VMS.=20

You have to be a member of what was DECUS (DEC User Society), Encompas
(???) now. Then you get a member number that you can use to generate the
license PACs online yourself. Don't know how it works in .fr, but some
years ago in .de all you needed to get a free membership was to write a
letter to DECUS. You can get media from Montagar or ask an other DECUS
member for a copy. AFAIK DECUS members are allowed to copy media for
other DECUS members for hobbyist use.=20
