Dear list,

I installed NetBSD 1.6.1 (and -current) on a Personal Workstation 600au
(GENERIC kernel). This worked fine.

After install, I added a an Adaptec 29160 SCSI controller to that machine.
Now the machine doesn't come up anymore, the kernel stucks with messages
like:

SCSIRATE == 0x0
probe(ahc0:0:0:0): no longer in timeout, status=0
ahc0: Issued Channel A Bus Reset, 1 SCBs aborted
probe(ahc0:0:0:0): SCB 70 - timed out while idle, SEQADDR = 0x7

                                                            ---
this number changes 					 <---+

Anybody any idea? The system (with the card) worked fine before under
DECunix 4.0d.

Thanks a lot and cheers

   Torsten
