I don't know if it's true that this is the only KDE 3 NetBSD-Alpha box, but I 
thought I'd forward this.  Today marks the first time I've been able to use 
KDE > 1.0 as a production environment on Alpha...  Sure, it's bloated:  but it 
is a great benchmark for robust systems.  (Note this is KDE 3.0 from pkgsrc).

Really Cool!!! your desktop will be up at caseydoodle.com shortly.
You *must* have the only KDE box [running NetBSD] on alpha on the
planet.
True alpha<->x86 parity, Let the alpha-port list know that kde3! is now
compiling and running on <BWX> PC like alpha's.
