I've retried with the 3c509 configured at 0x300/irq 15 in Jumperless mode.
Now it work fine. I think that the irq 5 on AXPPci33 is reserved for special
purpose. Since the card is in irq 15, I've not the warning message "warning:
using edge-triggered on level-triggered".

I will try the kernel option soon, thanks for the information
