Hi
 I happen to have a bunch of HP D5013-60003 cards. Upon putting one in my
alpha with netbsd 1.6 generic, I get

fxp0 at pci0 dev 11 function 0: i82559 Ethernet, rev 8
fxp0: interrupting at isa irq 9
fxp0: detected 64 word EEPROM
fxp0: WARNING: Disabling dynamic standby mode in EEPROM to work around a
fxp0: WARNING: hardware bug. You must reset the system before using this
fxp0: WARNING: interface.
fxp0: new EEPROM ID: 0x4480
fxp0: EEPROM checksum @ 0x3f: 0x3e1f -> 0x3e21
fxp0: Ethernet address 00:d0:b7:06:f2:0e

Now, what exactly happened here? Am I to reboot (warm) or reset (cold) the
machine? I assume warm restart, correct?
Does this dynamic standby mode have any performance impact?
