I've got a set of four drive sleds that fit in the 3300/3305 and
other DEC Alphas/Compaq servers.  

333MHz 21164 Process w/ 2mb cache mounted on processor board for
an Alpha 600 (most likely the 3300 as well).

Also, possibly 8 64MB 168PIN ram modules (digital) that are also
for an Alpha 600 (possibly a 3300 as well).
