- There was 175MHz model (300X) on market.  I have once encountered such
the module on sale at eBay.

- According to Dr. Bhandarkar's book (pp.121-122), the fasted was 200MHz
while 3000/900 and 7000/700 were shipped with 275MHz 21064A.

- It's not known that your 3000/300 can accept higher clocked 21064A.
