i have two dec alpha 3000/800 servers  that i would really like to
get running but i get a hang on both of them on F0
witch if i'm not mistaken is console init

anyway i d'ont have access to a keyboard mouse
or a video console

i have it hooked up to a serial console but for some reason
it doesent display anything other then one random ascii character

anyone have any advice on getting these booting
