Try these guys:

Or look at their auctions on ebay:

howard@prismnet.com&completed=0&sort=3&since=-1

At $10.99 / 32MB 72-pin 36-bit parity fpm simm, they're pretty decent.

I've had good dealings with them, and that includes shipping from USA to
Australia.

Does Alphaserver 1000 need 36-bit SIMMs ? I know it needs them in
sets of 5 (4+1 for ECC) but after googling I've got sort of mixed
results. I tried some 32-bit 32MB simms from my junk box but they
didn't work.

I'll get by with 352MB but I'm a greedy bastard and it'll be a
cold day in hell before I start buying 36-bit 32MB FPM SIMMs with
the current prices in .fi (one quote was 118 euros per SIMM, $ ~ euro).
That ludicrous price is the main reason why I won't upgrade my
AS600 with , uh, eight SIMMs per bank :-)
