For more information:

  - I can run FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE installer, but I can't install on
disk. FreeBSD doesn't support EISA Mylex RAID driver(but NetBSD
    does).
  - In this system, Digital Unix 4.0E is already installed and work,
so I expect there is no hardware problem preventing installation.

Please give me some hints!
