A new NetBSD/alpha snapshot has been uploaded to ftp.netbsd.org at

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha/snapshot-20020426-1.5ZC/

It includes the bus_dma fix for systems with lots of RAM (the
snapshot was built on the XP1000 with 2GB of RAM which was used
to diagnose and eliminate the bug). It also includes X11 sets
which are compiled with optimization. For some unknown reason
lost in the passage of time, X11 for NetBSD/alpha was not being
compiled with any optimization.

So if you X, please try the new X11 sets and see if they work
and/or work faster than previous snapshots.
