All,
I'm trying to install 1.5.2 to my fresh and new Personal WorkStation
600a. Unfortunately, when I try installing with sysinst, the install
fails trying to mount /dev/sd0a on /. Shouldn't that be /mnt ? I can
escape to a shell and mount /dev/sd0a on /mnt with no problems
whatsoever. I've tried the bootdisks for 1.5.2 and 1.5 and the
alphacd.iso for 1.5.2, all from ftp.netbsd.org. All the same problem.
Is there any way around this apart from manually creating filesystems
and extracting filesets ? I'm new to the arch (coming from i386) so I
was hoping for an easy install to get me on the road ;)
Any and all hints and tips appreciated.

what the difference is (yet)) :
