It is now official -- NetBSD/alpha now uses USE_NEW_TOOLCHAIN.

Before you attempt to update/build -current again:

	(1) Make sure you have an updated ld.elf_so (a binary is
	    available on ftp.netbsd.org).

	(2) Use "build.sh" in the top-level source directory to do
	    your build.  Read BUILDING for an explanation of how
	    it all works.
