Given that CPQ does not use those adapters this is unlikely. 

QLA-1040 (KZPBA in DEC^CPQ speak) is OK, as is (probably for DS10)
Symbios 875 based cards (assuming nobody tweaked the chip, like Kingston
did on some cards).
