Thanks for the replies Jason, Charles and Jochen.

Yes, jumper 2 on the motherboard can be used to make the system to boot
from the floppy.  I've tried reflashing SRM numberous times now using that
method.  Each time the process appears to work, but when the system is next
powered on the listing of register values and rebooting I gave an example
of in my previous posting resumes.

I've also tried reflashing ARC which works, so this machine will now run
Win NT (or Linux I suppose) but not NetBSD :(

Would anyone have an image of an earlier version of the AS200 firmware I
could use to see if it helps (I've been using the latest, v7.0-9), or any
brainwaves?

Is anyone else using v7.0-9 on an AS200 4/166?
