So, I got my alphas, my monitor, some TGA cards, and myself together
into one place at one time.  So, I'll be later tonight committing
a fix for this issue (to -current).  I just missed the 1.5.1 time
window, but I am sure that the code will be in 1.5.2.

This is the short term fix, i.e.: the kernel will fail to recognise
the PowerStorm 4d20 as a TGA device and proceed to work with it as
a VGA device.

I'll be working on getting it to work as a fb next, but that will
probably have to wait for another weekend.
