Oh, well, such is hi-tech biz....  Where is Gatesware in all this?
The least Compaq could do, if they have the oblong hanging thingies,
is to free up the VAX stuff into the public trust, for posterity.
Some pencil-necked, pointy-headed bean counter will nix that, tho.
Next it will be an Itanium in my watch...  yikes... what is the
world coming to... an Intel chip in every electronic black box,
whether used or not?  Talk about monopolies....
