so i've got OSF/1 (Tru64, whatever it's called this week) binary compat built 
into my kernel, so i should be able to run binaries.  ok, that's cool, but
what about installing DEC/Compaq software?  i downloaded the latest Compaq C
Compiler for Tru64, and the install_guide.txt is talking about what looks like
some Tru64 package manager type software.

so how do i get this installed?
