The COMPAT_OSF1 manual page states:

     If you have access to an OSF/1 machine, you can copy the contents of:
           /shlib
           /usr/shlib
           /etc/sia
           /usr/lib/X11/locale
====
Are there any copyright/licenses issues in copying these items from a
Digital Unix box?
