If you have the TGA adapter, you can most likely make that work using the
standard X tar ball from the NetBSD distribution (visit your local NetBSD
mirror).

If you have almost any other video card, salvation is on the way. I have
merged the (less and less secret) patches into the base 4.0.2 source code,
so once that compiles and works, I'll be begging the relevant author for
permission to release it publically in some form. There's some aesthetic
things up in there, but we'll see. :-)

Subject: XalphaNetBSD

I have an AlphaStation 255/233 which I have successfully
installed 1.4.2 and 1.5 (not at the same time of course).
However, I have been unable to get X working. I have seen
mention of an XalphaNetBSD xserver, but can't find it after my
installs.

Is it part of the base install kit, included with a different
kit, or do I need to perform a source build in order to get??

Thanks!
