When I try to get a key over the net, I always get a result like this:

gpg: Signature made Sat Dec 04 14:32:00 1999 CET using ? key ID 0C9857A5
gpg: requesting key 0C9857A5 from wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net ...
gpg: can't get key from keyserver: eof
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found

At the same time, the same key can be fetched from another machine
(i386 though). Does anybody have it working?
