I've got a DEC 3000/300X that appears to have a bad memory stick:

>>> test mem
T-STS-MEM - Cell Test: Addr 02800000 FWD Rd AAAAAAAA Wr 55555555
MCHK ID: 92 Logout Frame Address: 00108060
...register stuff deleted...
? T-ERR-MEM - MCHK reading Addr - 03FFFFFCd AAAAAAAA Wr AAAAAAAA
? T-ERR-MEM - bad page = 1FFF
T-STS-MEM - Uncorrected Error count = 1
T-STS-MEM - Total Pages = 2000 Tested Pages = 2000 Bad Pages = 1
? T-ERR-MEM - FAILED status = 80 test Cell addr = 02b94200
?? 850  MEM 0x0080

   84 FAIL

>>>

How does one isolate this to the offending part?

Also...is there a canonical list of SRM commands, especially test commands
anywhere?

Many thanks
