How are the partitions setup now? How are they formatted?

Someone help me here, but couldn't an NTFS partition (or something of the
sort) cause the partition not to be seen, and the 1.41 megabytes be all
that's left over (unused by NTFS?) Or am I talking out of my ass?

How about booting off of the floppy?

A _very_ long shot here, but if you go into the ARC console, make sure you
go into the setup, and have the number of floppies set correctly... I don't
think it'll make a difference, but it's worth a shot...
