Hi folks...

I just added code to print any Architecture extensions present when the
primary CPU attaches.  For those of you with 21264 systems (HI MANUEL!),
please update your arch/alpha, build a new kernel, and boot it.

In the case of Manuel's system, I'm partitularly interested if the `CIX'
extension is present on the system.
