NetBSD-current runs on them, and I believe Matt Jacob is trying to
get the necessary changes (a few simple things, really) pulled into
the 1.4.2 branch.

I know a couple NetBSD/alpha developers have them (now :-), so they can
probably help you with a floppy image, etc.
