Very recent -current runs on this box; there was a crucial bugfix
made a few days ago (the 1200 has only two PCI busses; 1.4.1 falls
over trying to probe the third one..).

The fix (sys/arch/alpha/pci/mcpcia.c rev 1.7) could probably be
back-ported to 1.4.x with minimal difficulty.
