Ok, try:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha/misc/disk1of2
	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha/misc/disk2of2

When it crashes, you should find yourself in ddb(4). Type `trace' and
send me the results.
