Works great on ethernet.  First try it out with something like this:
map de0 192.168.129.0/24 -> 206.54.133.138/32 proxy port ftp ftp/tcp
map de0 192.168.129.0/24 -> 206.54.133.138/32 portmap tcp/udp 10000:40000
map de0 192.168.129.0/24 -> 206.54.133.138/32

This will "overload" on the single address 206.54.133.138.  Once you have
verified this to work, you can change the last /32 to /29 which *should*
allow you to access your additional four ip addresses.
