Another source of power supplies and cases for this board that I was told
about:

No prices listed (you hafta email them), but they have a case they say is
specifically designed for the PC164 motherboard. Don't know if it has a
physical on-off switch or not. I was given this company's name by the
aforementioned person who already has a PC164 motherboard (and an Axxion
case and PS). I just sent them email asking the price, and whether or not
they would do a quantity discount.

Interesting that a 250W supply works okay. Maybe I should try it in one of
my $75 special InWin cases (with 235W PS) before I go shelling out a buncha
bucks...
