Yes, it's PCI VGA.

These are 4100 machines, right?  That's because the console initialition
for the 4100 appears to be incomplete.

I could help you with this this week...  I've been meaning to deal with
all the problems in the 4100 console init code and nuke the PROM_CONSOLE
define for it.
