The ECU (EISA Configuration Utility) needs the config files (.cfg) for
each EISA card installed in the system.

The config files specify how to set the card to use particular resources
and which resources the card is able to use.

I'm not sure how the Alphas with EISA handle the ECU part (what utility
they use, in they do not use the standard ECU) but I'm positive that the
cards need to be configured in some way and such configuration requires
the config file for that particular card.
