I have just built an entire set of packages for 1.3I on alpha.  (210 megs
worth!)

This pkg set includes some of the builds like Mesa, xmame, and joe, that are
disabled by default in the pkg Makefiles because of 1.3 incompatibilites.

They are located at ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.3I/alpha

They should become visible on the www server within a few days.
