Thanks to Ross Harvey for correcting a problem (1000A booting).

The solution was to install new kernel from 

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha/misc/

But some problems remain.

I have tested new kernel.
Hard drives are OK, but the following message 
occurs:
isp0: ARQ Failure
And SCSI tape does not work properly.
When I try something like dd, I get:
# dd if=/dev/rst0 of=/dev/null
dd: /dev/rst0: Input/output error
0+0 records in
0+0 records out
0 bytes transferred in 1 secs (0 bytes/sec)

Floppy (DVA0) remains invisible, kernel does not 
recognize it, but it not a trouble.
