It's easy enough. You go to the main site or a mirror site and find:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha

There will be a ``snapshot'' subdirectory. Find the most recent snapshot
(a binary package of the NetBSD development branch, also known as
``NetBSD-current''), read the install notes (snapshots come with install
notes these days) and go from there.
